HOW TO BOOK

To accommodate my teaching and personal commitments, and to keep administration to a minimum, I operate a strict booking system that is adhered to at all times.

Initial contact should be made by the client to arrange a mutually convenient provisional date and time for the posture assessment.  Once this has been done, a booking form and £10 deposit will be required as confirmation no later than 7 days in advance (including weekends and bank holidays).  If the lesson is not confirmed on time by receipt of booking form and deposit, the lesson will be cancelled and the client will be notified.  The balance of the lesson will be due at the actual lesson and should not be included in the deposit.  Please allow sufficient time when booking a provisional date and time to ensure confirmation can be made at least 7 days in advance.

Booking forms are available upon request or may be printed from the side of this page.  Please allow sufficient time when requesting forms by post to ensure they can be returned on time.  Booking forms may be completed and signed, and then forwarded by email as a pdf file for those who pay online.
