This provides an ideal way to kick start any fitness exercise training.

A course of exercise designed specifically for you.

The package includes

One FREE 60 minute Initial Consultation
2 Posture Assessments
6 x 90 minute lessons

Applicants who are interested in this package will be expected to attend a FREE Initial Consultation to discuss their requirements, the course requirements and the reality of fitting this type of intensive training into their existing personal lifestyle.

The success of this type of personal training relies on the client’s commitment to establish and maintain intensive practice at home.

Posture assessments will facilitate initial assessment, evaluation of progress and provide an appropriate starting point for an exercise programme.

Personal exercise booklets will be provided at lessons throughout the course (updated subject to progress).  There will be no need to book Pilates’ Technique Review lessons for this purpose.

The course will consist of 6 x 90 minute lessons over 12 weeks (expiry dates will apply).  Clients may re-arrange booked lessons subject to 24 hours’ notice and availability (excluding weekends).  Booked lessons that are not attended will be forfeited.

Lessons will usually include Mat Work Pilates, including the use of small equipment, and may include the use of Pilates’ Machines, when appropriate.
